"On the Way" with Carlos
The Way of St. James ( Camino de Santiago ) is so much more than a journey—it is an encounter. Carlos decided to walk alongside his wife, driven by faith, courage, and a deep desire to draw closer to Jesus through St. James. What began as a spiritual challenge turned into an experience of overcoming obstacles, unity, and discovery for the two of them. Amid storms, encounters that will last a lifetime, and moments of pure emotion, the Camino became for them a space for prayer, surrender, and the strengthening of the love they share.
Carlos’s story reminds us that, on the Camino, we don’t walk just to reach Santiago; we walk to find one another and, above all, to find ourselves.
