"On the Way" with Sonia
There are paths you walk with your feet and others you walk with your heart. For Sónia, the Camino de Santiago was both a physical and a spiritual journey, which she embarked on out of an urgent need to find herself again.
Alone, but deeply accompanied by her emotions, she faced silences, shadows and landscapes that taught her that happiness can be simple, and that love is always the answer.
In this interview, she shares how five days of pilgrimage became a return to her essence.
"On the Way" with Bruna
The motivation to set off doesn't always come from a single place. For Bruna, the Camino was a gesture of gratitude, a personal challenge and an opportunity to reconnect with herself. Alone, but open to the world, she walked along trails between nature and silence, discovering that each step has the power to heal, transform and reveal.
In this interview, Bruna shares how the Camino has taught her to trust, to observe calmly and to move forward, one step at a time. Because, as she says, when you want it badly enough, your body follows and your mind flourishes.

"On the Way" with Filipe
Some people discover the Camino through books, others through stories or documentaries. Filipe discovered it live, on vacation in Moledo, watching pilgrims pass by with their eyes focused and their backpacks on their backs. Curiosity turned into desire, and desire into a first step.
What began as a walk by the sea became a ritual of freedom, communion and personal discovery. Between unexpected falls, remarkable encounters and triumphant lunches, Filipe learned that the Way is not only done with the feet, it is done with an open heart.
And that's what he shares in this interview.
"On the Way" with Carlos
Sometimes all it takes is a conversation over coffee to change the course of your steps. That's how Carlos, with no great plans or expectations, decided to embark on the Camino de Santiago. What began as a physical challenge between friends quickly turned into an experience of overcoming, discovery and reconnection.
Between blisters, rain and memorable dinners, the Camino proved to be a mirror, and Carlos learned that sometimes the most striking thing is not meeting others, but meeting ourselves again.

"On the Way" with Cristina
When Cristina turned down the invitation to do the Camino, perhaps she had no idea that that "no" was actually the beginning of everything. It was time, reading, listening and a silent desire that gradually took hold, until fear was replaced by courage and doubt by decision.
In this testimony, there is nature and overcoming, there is frustration and discovery, there is silence and encounter. But above all, there is a woman conquering her space, step by step, on a path that begins within and extends to Santiago, and beyond.
